They say that I am smart and pretty. They say that I am unique and talented. But when I ask, how am I smart? What is it that makes me pretty? How about unique, or talented? ..... They can never come up with an answer. 'Uhm, okay.... What good is it to say things if you have absolutely nothing to back them up?' I feel like everyone is always lying to me, just to make me happy. It's okay. I don't need false words. I am happy with my life, I don't need to be smart or pretty. It's okay if I'm not unique or talented. I love myself, and am at peace with myself, so I don't need people to cheer me up. Don't get me wrong. I love to be complimented. Who doesn't? I just want to know that you really believe what you say. That your not another mindless drone that say such and such to so and so. That you have reasons for saying the things that you say. I never lie, and I'd rather have the courtesy returned.
